Ringwood Arts Precinct Performances

The Ringwood arts precinct includes Realm, Maroondah Access Gallery, Ringwood Town Square, Civic Lane and Ringwood Station. From art exhibitions, live music, roaming performances and public art, the arts are a vital part of this major transport, shopping and cultural hub in the Eastern region.

Westside Circus

Leading youth circus company Westside Circus is working with year 7 students from Melba College and Migrant Information Centre (Eastern Region) playgroups to create three performances for Ringwood Town Square that will take place on Friday 21 September and Saturday 22 September.

Snuff Puppets

This September, internationally acclaimed arts company Snuff Puppets, will work with students from the VCAL program at Swinburne University, to create a new work for performance at Ringwood Town Square.

Over the September school holidays, the Snuff Puppets will perform the Boom Family, giant Aussie battlers who have travelled the world looking for a decent shopping centre and bowls club that will fit them. Keep your eye out for more information.


Critically acclaimned theatre company of performers with and without disabilities, Rawcus, is working with YourDNA Creative Arts and other local groups to create a flashmob of people with and without disabilities on Wednesday 31 October.

Kutcha Edwards

Legendary Aboriginal singer/songwriter has been leading song writing workshops with members of the Mullum Mullum Indigenous Gathering Place community and students from Ringwood Secondary College. The songs will be performed by Kutcha and his band, Yeng Gali Mullum Mullum and students from Ringwood Secondary College in November at a concert in The Backyard, near Ringwood Town Square, with performances
