Wyreena is an ideal location for your business or community meetings, workshops and family functions. A variety of unique venues is offered, with tea and coffee facilities, Cafe on site and whiteboard available.
Permanent rental groups include the School of Philosophy, Croydon School of Dance and community radio station Eastern FM–98.1 FM.

Main Building
Studio One
Lovely bright room with rectangular dimensions, featuring polished floorboards and windows overlooking beautiful grounds. Accommodates up to 20 people. Tables and chairs available. Upstairs, no wheel chair access. Cost: $20.00 per hour.
Studio Two
Small square space featuring polished floorboards and window overlooking car park. Accommodates up to 10 people. Tables and chairs available. Upstairs, no wheel chair access. Cost: $15.00 per hour.
Silver Birches
Gracious 1940s building suitable for small groups; counselling, tutorials etc. Polished floor boards, bright rooms and kitchenette. Wheelchair access. Cost: $15.00 per hour.
Catomore Hall
Large rectangular space featuring polished floorboards and double doors opening onto an oak garden seat setting. Accommodates up to 50 people. Six large round tables and 50 plastic chairs available.
Limited availability Saturday 6.30 pm onwards. Also available weekdays, Sundays and during School Holidays. Wheel chair access.
Cost: $25 per hour ($1,000 Bond is required for functions)
Multipurpose Room
Medium sized, square shaped room adjoining the new Pottery Studio. Wheelchair access. Suits 6 – 10 people. Tables and chairs available. Amenities access - Catomore Hall. Cost: $20.00 per hour
The Wyreena Gallery
Available on a monthly basis for exhibitions. Information is available on exhibiting at Wyreena, or telephone 9294 5590 for a detailed flyer.
Wyreena Gardens
Featuring manicured lawns and English gardens. Ideal for larger group gatherings and ceremonies. A beautiful setting for informal/formal ceremonies. Cost: $80 for garden ceremonies (extra cost for chairs).
Public Liability
- All bookings must have Public Liability Cover, either bring your own or you may purchase coverage through Maroondah City Council.
